Running With Scissors was one of the most interesting projects I’ve worked on, especially in terms of workflow. Eli recorded some sessions with me and others with Aaron Lipp at Temple Cabin Studios. This created a unique challenge when it came time to mix the record, as the recording styles, instruments, and rooms varied. Despite these differences, I think we managed to create a relatively cohesive sound.

Since then, I’ve joined Eli’s band, The Everymen, as their drummer—so keep an eye out for the second album coming soon!
