UFOS by the Lake was recorded in my studio, I wanted to capture the raw punk/garage rock energy the band had while still retaining clarity and a high quality of sound. I think that their bio puts it quite nicely:

”A noise-rock/art-punk phenomenon based in Western New York. Formed by music conservatory burnouts, they combine sounds from the midwest rock scene all the way to free jazz - and behind it a wall of guitars. A space where you can find beauty in the chaos and notes in the music (sometimes).”
